Emergency Repair
Burst pipes, active leaks and no-heat calls β available 24/7.
Serving Anytown, Riverside, Millbrook and surrounding area.
Some plumbing problems can wait for a normal appointment. Burst pipes, active leaks, sewage backups, and a furnace that's stopped working in the middle of winter cannot β those get a same-day, any-hour response. Our emergency line is staffed around the clock, and when you call with an active emergency we prioritize getting a technician to you over routine scheduled work.
The most common emergency calls we run are burst or frozen supply lines, water heaters that have failed and are actively leaking, main sewer line backups affecting multiple fixtures at once, and no-heat calls during cold snaps. In almost every case, the first few minutes matter: knowing where your main shutoff valve is and turning it off before we arrive can be the difference between a minor repair and thousands of dollars in water damage.
When you call our emergency line, we'll walk you through immediate steps to limit damage β shutting off water or power to an affected fixture, for instance β before a technician is even on the way. We carry the parts and equipment on our trucks to resolve the majority of emergency calls in a single visit rather than needing a follow-up appointment once water is already spreading.
Emergency service does carry a different rate than scheduled daytime work, and we'll always tell you that upfront before dispatching β no surprises on the invoice. If what you're describing sounds urgent but isn't an active emergency (a slow leak, a drain that's slow but still draining), we'll say so honestly and offer the next available regular appointment instead of upselling an emergency call you don't need.
